Today we spoiled Lyla rotten! Here's a quick summary....Sunday night Michael and I stayed up late and played the role of "birthday claus". For Lyla's birthday we treated her to a new play area so we had some work to do before the birthday girl woke up. Monday morning she woke to a new and improved play area which was followed by eating breakfast with her birthday crown and pancakes in the shape of #1 and a bird - followed by opening a few special presents from mom and dad - followed by an entire day at The Bengston's Pumpkin Farm - concluded by Lyla blowing out a candle and eating her first cupcake.
Lots of pictures to come! This weekend Lyla is having her birthday party - so today marks Day 1 of what will be her first birthday week!
