Okay so we explored and have some adventure - but relaxation is a must!!!
It wasn't hard with this view...
Our days spent at the beach were perfect. Lyla loved playing in the sand and loved sleeping in her stroller (more on that later). While Lyla napped we got plenty of time to relax!
She loved the ocean - she would walk down to the edge of the water, point and say "wa-wa" which was our cue to pick her up and take her for a swim. Come on it doesn't get more relaxing than this - not another thought in your mind besides being in the moment! Awwww.....
This one just makes me laugh for some reason - she looks so small - what must she think????
For a bigger laugh I should probably show the pictures leading up to this one - poor Lyla - I almost drowned her - oops!
Those waves can be a little tricky - she lost her britches....
And even more tricky to walk thru - but can you believe it not one whimper out of her even with a mouth full of sand and salt water. I know I know - I am sorry but she truly is the most chill - laid back baby on the planet.
Pointing and saying "bird" or maybe "wa-wa" - definitely one of the 2....
Typical day at the beach...
When DD gets the beach the first thing he does is dig a hole or better known as his 'beach condo"...on this day Lyla had one too!
The best invention EVER!!!!
The perfect floaty made a re-appearance - remember it from our FL vacation last year?!?!?!
I'll call this next series - my favorite for obvious reasons! I LOVE my Lyla and I think she LOVES me :)
And just because she is so sweet - look at those curls and smile!!!!
And to conclude this post - I can't help but look at this picture and think about Baby Boy's arrival. I get filled with so much joy that we are able to have these experiences.
It's just the 3 of us but I know we'll be complete when it's the 4 of us!!!
Baby Boy - your time is almost here....
Okay enough with being cheesey - I am hormonal remember :):)
